So I went out for a night out on the town the other day and when I was up dancin, groovin and flashing my moves. Some big guy stood on my foot just as I jumped up in the air to the beats! I felt a crunch but continued partying (completely legally!) regardless. When I got home I took off my sock to go to bed and noticed my toe had grown to almost 3 times it's normal size!
Fun stuff!
Just gotta be well 'ard and cope with it I suppose!

You been to see a medic yet?
Not yet! I've covered it in cotton wool and taped it with the medical tape stuff to the other toe. Swellings gone down a bunch, I jsut load myself up with pain killers ever day before college.
Kevin - it's better to be safe than sorry IMHO. I'm not sure if the College nurse could look at it, may be worth a try?
I won't bore you with the story of a chap on my Uni course who kicked a 'football' on his way home from the pub - turned out to be a rock. Ended up with ... well, I said I wouldn't bore you, so I'll leave it there.

I'm joking! Trust me Duncan it's healing just fine. The swellings gone down. The pain is going away and it hasn't healed squint.

Blast, I spent the weekend sterilising the chainsaw in case the toe needed amputation.
